Oahu is the port with the plainest calendar. For Maui and the Big Island the carrier's own word is bi-weekly, which different desks read as either twice a week or once a fortnight, so ask the booking agent for the actual sailing date and the cutoff that goes with it rather than working backwards from the word. Whichever it turns out to be, a missed cutoff on those two islands costs more waiting than the same slip on a weekly service.
