When a carrier decides your package was bigger or heavier than declared, they bill the difference to whoever bought the label — usually weeks later. With Shield, SMKlog absorbs those adjustments up to your plan’s monthly cap ($25 on Pro, $100 on Business). Above the cap, we pass through the carrier’s charge at cost and show you the paperwork. Shield is included with Pro and Business at no extra cost.
The calculator tells you and shows when your quota resets (the 1st of each month). You can wait, or start a Pro trial on the spot. We don’t quietly degrade your results — 15 quotes means 15 full quotes.
