How do I reprint a shipping label on Mercari?
In the app, go to Profile, then Selling, then In Progress, select the sold item, and tap View Label. Per Mercari's shipping labels help article, checked 2026-08-25, that screen serves the same label file that was generated when the item first sold.
Where else can I find a copy of the label?
Your email. Mercari's article states the label is sent to the seller's email after the item sells, and that the QR code for eligible USPS or UPS labels can also be found in that email or on the Order Status page.
Does reprinting a Mercari label cost anything?
Mercari's help article does not list a separate charge for viewing or reprinting a label that has already been generated. Viewing it again through View Label pulls the same file, not a new one.
Which paper size should I print the label on?
Mercari offers two: 8.5 x 11 in, described as best for inkjet and laser printers, and 4 x 6 in, described as best for thermal printers. Pick whichever matches the printer on hand rather than forcing a thermal-sized sticker through a laser tray.
Can I print the same Mercari label twice and ship two boxes?
No. Mercari's article warns plainly that reusing a label may result in additional shipping fees and possible account restrictions. A reprint is for recovering a lost or unreadable copy of the same shipment, not for covering a second parcel.
