Print the PDF at 100 percent scale — fit-to-page shrinks the barcode until sorters misread it. If the label buying itself is the annoyance — eBay's flow ties you to the order — a label for anything else you sell can be bought in the calculator by describing the item and entering two ZIP codes. The file arrives as a PDF you can print as many times as the paper demands.
