A pleasant oddity worth repeating: the 2 lb and 3 lb rows priced below the 1 lb row on both lanes, $8.48 versus $9.91 going east. Band edges do that. The old ounce-based logic still applies underneath a pound, so a 9 oz phone accessory books cheaper than anything shown here; the calculator prices those bands live from the description you type.
Old listings need a text edit, not a strategy change
Marketplace templates that promise 'First-Class shipping' aren't lying, exactly; the buyer receives the successor service. Updating the wording avoids disputes with buyers who track the label and see a different product name.
Speed expectations deserve a reset
Both lanes quoted 6-7 business days in our capture. If a buyer needs faster, the same quote screen showed Priority Mail at $16.47 westbound at 1 lb with a 2-3 day window; the upgrade is a click, not a different workflow.

USPS retired the name in July 2023 and rolled the product into Ground Advantage. The light-parcel niche it served, under a pound, tracked, inexpensive, still exists; it just books under the new name with ounce-based pricing intact below 1 lb.

Is anything worse under Ground Advantage?

Which weights should still use this tier?
