Only the first row has a product a single sender can put one box into today. The other three exist behind a sales conversation or a merchant contract, which is the main reason most people have heard of only one or two of them.
dhl.com's own US page for the Express division, read 2026-08-30, frames the entire service in international terms: fast, door-to-door courier delivery with time-definite service to more than 220 countries and territories. Nothing on that page, or on the general US about-us page, describes a domestic US-to-US ground or overnight product sold under the Express name. A shipment that starts and ends inside the United States is not what DHL Express is built to price.
That leaves DHL eCommerce as the only DHL division actually moving parcels between two US addresses, and it is sold to merchants shipping volume, not to somebody carrying a single box to a counter. The same page calls it the world's leading contract logistics provider, running warehousing and distribution as a combined solution. A company signs a contract for DHL to run part of its supply chain; there is no single-shipment product here at all, and no walk-up counter.
Most US residents meet DHL only from the receiving end — a package from an overseas seller arriving on DHL Express, or a domestic online order finishing on a USPS route after riding DHL eCommerce's linehaul.
