Indonesia is a country you plan around duty rather than plan to avoid it. This reverses the usual advice. And the customs declaration has to show both the gross weight of the entire shipment and the net weight of each separate item, not a single lumped figure, so a vague packing list will hold a parcel at clearance while the numbers are sorted out.
Pos Indonesia also asks that the mailer put the addressee’s mobile telephone number and email address on the label where possible, because the clearance process reaches the recipient directly to settle the duty and tax that the low de minimis makes almost certain.
