How long does Foot Locker take to ship?
One business day, then a tier. Foot Locker's own help articles put an ordinary order out the door one business day after it is placed, and a weekend order out no later than Tuesday. Standard Ground then adds 5-7 more business days, Express 2 and Overnight 1 — counted from that ship date, not from checkout. A release-day drop or a pair shipped from a mall store instead of a warehouse both run on a different clock than that.

One day, then a tier
The dispatch promise is the same regardless of tier. The tier only changes what happens after the box leaves.
The dispatch window, in Foot Locker's own words
Foot Locker's help article on distribution-center timing, read on help.footlocker.com 2026-08-30, states plainly: "Once we receive an order, we expect it to ship out one business day later barring any unforeseen issues." The same article addresses a weekend order directly — standard delivery orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are expected to ship out no later than Tuesday.
Rush shipping runs on its own cutoff rather than the general one-day promise. Foot Locker's shipping-prices help article states a Rush order placed before 1 PM Central, pending payment review, ships that same day; placed after 1 PM Central, it ships the next business day. The cutoff is the same 1 PM line for the paid Express and Overnight tiers as well.

On anything shipped faster than Standard Ground, Foot Locker states it will “guarantee delivery or reimburse you the additional shipping costs if the order does not arrive within the stated time frame” — while naming weather delays, mechanical delays and other factors beyond its control as non-refundable. That remedy covers the carrier leg, not the one-business-day dispatch window in front of it. Business days exclude weekends and US holidays.

Payment review holds
Every dispatch promise above carries the same qualifier: "barring any unforeseen issues." A card flagged for review sits behind that hold until it clears, and the one-business-day clock does not start until it does.
