"Overnight" is not a DHL Express product name. What DHL sells is two faster tiers above its standard Express Worldwide product, Express 12:00 and Express 9:00, and neither carries its own rate table — each is that day's Worldwide price plus a flat premium printed in DHL's own rate guide. DHL's own naming carries a wrinkle worth spelling out before the numbers: the export product is called Express 9:00 across most of the network, but the same guide labels it DHL Express 9:00 (10:30 to the USA), because a shipment that starts in the United States is committed for 10:30 AM on the next possible business day, not 9:00. The premium in the rate table is still the one called “Premium 9:00,” even though the clock time a US shipper sees is 10:30.
Because the premium is a flat add-on, the size of it matters more on a light parcel than a heavy one. The rows below take DHL's own published Express Worldwide export rate for two weights and two zones, then add both premiums to show what each tier actually costs against the base figure.

On the 5 lb Canada row, Express 12:00 is a 3.7 percent step up from Worldwide and Express 9:00 is a 14.8 percent step up. On the 20 lb Canada row the same two premiums are 2.1 percent and 8.4 percent, because 6.30 USD and 25.20 USD stay fixed while the base rate they are added to keeps climbing with weight and distance. The flat premium is the cheapest relative jump on a heavy, far-zone shipment and the priciest relative jump on a light, near-zone one.
The premium is not the only thing that changes moving up from Express Worldwide. Each tier has its own ceiling on piece and shipment weight, and its own count of countries and territories it reaches, published in the same guide.

A shipment too heavy or too large for Express 9:00's 56 lb piece cap can still move on Express 12:00, and one too big for both can still move on Worldwide — the premium buys speed on a shipment that already qualifies, not a way around the weight ceiling.

That is a structural answer, not an evasive one: the deadline that actually governs a given shipment is set by when the origin service center's own linehaul departs for the day, and that departure time is different city to city. Two shippers three miles apart can be told two different last-collection times for the identical Express 9:00 product.
