Nine services, sorted by speed
UPS lays out its whole international menu on one page, and the range runs from a same-day charter product down to a tier with no published delivery window at all. The timing language below is UPS's own, describing the service generally rather than a standard for any one country pair.

The last two rows are the ones built for ordinary sellers rather than urgent freight. UPS states on its Worldwide Economy page that the service offers reliable, affordable delivery to over 200 countries, which is the closest thing to a coverage number UPS puts on the page rather than in marketing copy elsewhere.
The one document that has to be right

UPS's customs page adds the mechanics: the invoice can be transmitted digitally through a UPS account, or, without one, the shipper prints three physical copies and includes them with the package. UPS notes there may be other forms required depending on the shipment's details, and points sellers to its own customs forms resource for the full list. A description that says what the item actually is, a declared value that matches the sale, and the country where it was made are the three fields that decide whether a customs officer waves the box through or pulls it for review.
Who gets the bill on arrival
This is the single choice that decides whether a buyer opens a package or refuses a bill at the door.

The default is the trap
Ship without a UPS account and without picking a payer, and the bill lands on your buyer by default. A surprised recipient refuses the parcel more often than one who was warned in advance.
Every shipment gets checked now
UPS states that as of August 29, 2025, all shipments need to go through US Customs and Border Protection and could be subject to duties, taxes and brokerage fees. That closed a low-value exemption sellers used to lean on, so nothing crosses the border unexamined anymore.
Tell the buyer the number before it ships
A recipient who agreed to a duty amount in advance pays it. One who finds out at the door sends the box back, and the return leg is billed same as the outbound one.

Where our checkout stops
We sell United States domestic parcel labels, and border crossings to four countries only: Canada, the UK, Germany and Australia. UPS prices the nine services above against an account, a weight and a destination rather than a single published figure, which is a second reason no dollar amount appears on this page: even UPS itself does not print one until you fill in all three. For any other destination, book the international shipment with UPS directly, or route it through a forwarder that receives the box on your behalf inside the country.

Does UPS ship internationally?
Yes. UPS lists nine international services on its own international shipping services page, read 2026-08-16, ranging from same-day UPS Express Critical to the slower UPS Worldwide Economy. Its Worldwide Economy page states reach to over 200 countries.
What paperwork does a UPS international shipment need?

Who pays the duty and tax on a UPS international shipment?
Whichever party the shipper names, and UPS defaults to the receiver when nobody picks.
