No Performance Guarantee

SMKlog does not guarantee shipment awards, signed transport contracts, revenue outcomes, or specific conversion rates.

Service Role Clarification

SMKlog provides lead generation and qualification services only, and is not acting as a motor carrier or freight broker in transport execution unless separately licensed and contracted in writing.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate targeting criteria and legal business details
• Handle follow-up and sales execution in a timely manner
• Comply with applicable marketing, privacy, and trade laws

Acceptable Use

Clients must not misuse lead data, spam, or perform unlawful outreach.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis; liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction stated in your signed service agreement.
