What the buyer sees

Your first name, the item, the city and ZIP it ships from, and live carrier prices for their address. Never your street, email or phone.

Make a shipping link

Your item and your address

Your address is checked with the carrier now, so the buyer's checkout never stops on it. The link works for one payment, for fourteen days.

Box and weight (optional)

Know the packed box? Type it and the buyer sees prices for exactly that. Leave it empty and the box is worked out from the item.

You (the label goes here)
Ships from

Free to make. The buyer pays the all-in label price shown to them; nothing is charged to you.

How it works

  1. You make the linkThe item, an optional box, your name, email and the address it ships from. Your address is verified with the carrier on the spot.
  2. The buyer opens itThey see the item, your first name and the city it ships from, type their own address, and pick USPS, UPS or FedEx at the live all-in price. They pay only the shipping.
  3. You get the labelIt arrives by email the moment they pay, with the buyer's name and city on it. Print it, pack the item, hand it to the carrier.
  4. Both of you get trackingThe buyer gets the tracking number from us; you have it on the label email. If the package is not scanned, stalls or comes back, we write first with the next step.

Good to know

  • No money for the item moves through SMKlog. Only the shipping label is sold here. Agree the price of the item with the buyer wherever you met, and ship when their shipping payment lands.
  • One payment per link. After the buyer pays, the link closes. Selling two things? Make two links.
  • Fourteen days, then it expires. Cancel earlier from the link in your email, any time before the buyer pays.
  • Parcels only, within the US. One box up to 150 lb; the carrier limits apply. Pallets, freight and international lanes are not sold.
  • Change your mind about the box? Make a new link; the buyer's price follows the box you describe.
