What are the UPS return options?
Read on ups.com on 2026-07-28, four of them. A label sent with the outbound shipment, a label emailed with a mobile barcode that the customer prints at home, a label the driver brings when collecting the parcel, and a box-free return brought to The UPS Store. UPS does not publish a per-route price on those customer-facing pages.
Can I make a UPS return label without an account?
Yes. UPS itself points customers at creating a shipping label online or visiting The UPS Store. Our checkout is a third route: enter the two ZIPs, choose a service, pay once and print, with no UPS account and no subscription. The parcel travels the same UPS network either way.
