The ten-digit Schedule B requirement is the one an ordinary shipper is least ready for. Six digits satisfy most customs declarations, but Belarus, like Russia, wants the full ten for each good, and a short code is a reason for a parcel to stop. Medicaments and vitamin preparations separately require authorization from the Public Health authorities of Belarus.
