Voiding a label means unwinding postage you paid for but never used, and the window for doing it belongs to the carrier, not to whoever sold you the label. A label that has entered the mail stream is spent; an unscanned one can usually come back. The published rules as of 2026-07-27 are below, followed by how it works for labels bought here.
Before the first carrier scan a label is refundable paper. After it, the transportation was sold and the money moved.

Notice the FedEx model differs in kind: where USPS and UPS refund money already taken, FedEx account billing simply never triggers for a label no one scans. All three converge on the same practical rule, which is that the void must happen while the package stays out of the network.
Write to [email protected] from the email on the order, or reply to your receipt, and say the label went unused. We submit the void to the carrier under its rules above and the refund lands back on the original payment method once the carrier releases it.
Two things, stated plainly on our terms page: a paid label that cannot be created gets reviewed and refunded when none can be provided, and unused labels may qualify for a carrier void or postage refund only where the selected carrier allows it. Carrier refunds are not promised and can take time to process.
Carrier corrections for weight or size on packages that did ship are a separate mechanism, billed or credited after the fact and explained in our Terms. Voiding concerns only labels that never shipped at all, so keep the two requests distinct when you write in.
