How long do I have to void a USPS label?
Per usps.com, checked 2026-07-27: unused Click-N-Ship labels are eligible for refunds up to 60 days after the print date, with the self-service path covering labels created in the past 30 days. A label the postage system has scanned no longer qualifies.
Can I void a UPS label after the package shipped?
No. Voiding exists for labels that never moved; once UPS scans the package the service was rendered. For unshipped labels, ups.com, checked 2026-07-27, allows an online void within 90 days of creation, a request through UPS from 90 to 180 days, and nothing after 180.
Do unused FedEx labels need to be voided at all?
Under FedEx account billing, largely not: per fedex.com, checked 2026-07-27, the charge only happens when the label is scanned, and an unshipped label can be canceled from Ship History before then. Labels prepaid through a platform still go through that platform’s refund path.
How do I get a refund for an unused SMKlog label?
Email [email protected] from the address on your order, or answer the receipt email, and identify the label. We pass the void to the carrier where its rules allow, and per our Terms the refund goes to your original payment method once the carrier or platform releases the postage.
