Chill before boxing in summer
A night in a cool room before packing lowers the wax core temperature, buying hours of trailer heat tolerance you otherwise do not have.
Jar lids get a tape band
Vibration backs lids off threaded jars, and loose lids chip rims. One wrap of tape per lid ends the problem for a penny.
Monday is the shipping day
Boxes posted early in the week clear the network before Saturday. Weekend layovers in a hot dock are where soft waxes lose their tops.

Are scented candles fine to send through checkout?
A finished wax candle is an ordinary product with no restriction attached. Describe it as what it is; bottles of fragrance oil are a different item with different rules, so keep those out of a candle listing.
What packing survives glass jars knocking together?
A divided insert, or a wrap of bubble around each jar, plus a snug outer box. Lids loosen from vibration, so a band of tape over each lid keeps wax dust and lids where they belong.
