FedEx's alcohol shipping page, read 2026-08-11, states that only licensed shippers under a FedEx Alcohol Shipping Agreement may tender wine and that consumer-bound shipments are limited to states listed in the FedEx Direct-to-Consumer Wine Shipping State Reference Guide. Delaware is not on that list. UPS uses the same architecture and reaches the same result.
USPS is prohibited by federal law from carrying beer, wine and liquor as mailable matter. The Postal Service does not offer a wine service to any state, and Delaware is not the exception that changes that.

Legislation to open a Delaware direct-shipping channel has been introduced repeatedly and has not passed. Anyone counting on a change should confirm the state's current position rather than a projected one.
